Shieldex® 235/36 is a high-strength conductive multifilament yarn offering an electrical resistance of < 2.5k Ω/m.
This Z-twist yarn utilizes a 99.9% pure silver plating to provide excellent antimicrobial and anti-odour properties, making it a preferred choice for the sports and workwear sectors. With a titre of 235dtex, it offers a balance of durability and flexibility for large-scale industrial textile applications requiring reliable static dissipation.
Typical usage of this yarn is within the textiles industry where heating elements, sensors, or electromagnetic shielding are present in order to achieve DIN EN ISO 9001:2015, REACH, and RoHS compliance.
