Permabond UV670 is a single-part, fast-curing UV adhesive specifically designed for applications requiring a tough and flexible bond. Its unique combination of high impact resistance and flexibility makes it an ideal solution for bonding glass to metals and metalized plastics, where the adhesive must absorb differential thermal expansion and mechanical shocks.

As a “cure on demand” product, UV670 provides users with the flexibility to align components precisely before initiating the curing process with UV light. The adhesive is a 100% solids formulation containing no solvents, ensuring a high-quality finish and rapid curing even when using low-power UV lamps.

UV670 is ideal for structural glass-to-metal bonding as it offers excellent impact resistance and a rapid fixture time as fast as 1 second using a high-intensity UV light guide. Once cured, it forms a clear, flexible bond with high elongation (>80%), which is critical for maintaining joint integrity in assemblies subject to vibration or environmental stress.
