Description

Cho-Therm T609 is a commercial-grade thermally conductive electrical insulator pad, designed to provide efficient heat dissipation and electrical isolation in electronic assemblies. This light green, fiberglass-reinforced pad offers a thermal conductivity of 1.5 W/m·K and a voltage breakdown strength of 4000 V, making it suitable for applications requiring both thermal and electrical performance. The material exhibits a Shore A hardness of 70, ensuring durability and resistance to punctures and tears. It operates effectively within a temperature range of –40 to 200°C. Cho-Therm T609 is UL 94 V-0 rated for flammability and complies with RoHS specifications. This material is ideal for use in power conversion equipment, power supplies, automotive electronics and military electronics, where reliable thermal and electrical performance is critical.
