CHO-SEAL 1298 is arguably one of the best solutions for providing an EMI gasket that has a high level of corrosion resistance. Thanks to its new proprietary particle plating this product offers a higher level of resistance compared to other CHO-SEAL products like 1287. This resistance comes in useful as it provides protection against the high volatility of jet fuel, thus making this gasket an ideal solution within aviation and military markets when in need of an EMI shielding and corrosion resistant gasket.
