What do you enjoy most about your role at HITEK?
“As HR Manager, what I enjoy most is knowing that HITEK genuinely cares about its employees. It’s a company where people are supported not only in their work, but in their personal wellbeing too.”

“It’s how management is always looking for ways to improve opportunities for staff — whether through training, wellbeing initiatives, or simply listening and responding to feedback.”
What’s one thing people might not know about your role?
“HR is about being there for everyone — offering support and advice, whatever the challenge may be. It’s not just about policies; it’s about people.”
Can you share a memorable achievement during your time at HITEK?
“One initiative I’m particularly proud of is working with North Lincolnshire Council to improve our employees’ health and wellbeing.
