Hi Flow

Hi-Flow is a type of phase change material which is primarily designed to replace grease as a thermal interface. The material changes from a solid when it reaches a specific phase change temperature and flow to assure a total wet-out result of the interface without any overflow. Hi-Flow is an easy to handle and apply material that’s has aluminium, film and fiberglass carriers and non-reinforced versions available. Applications include power conversion devices, fractional and integral motor control, UPS and SMPS AC/DC, DC/DC or linear power supplies and leaded, surface mount and power module assemblies.
