Jim Lawton - Managing Director
Since joining the company in 2000, Jim has seen the company grow continually for more than 15 years.
Jim is focused on developing HITEK’s ethos of ‘yes’. We strive to give 100% customer satisfaction, this has resulted in HITEK being the ‘go to’ company when it comes to protecting your electronics, whether it be; EMC, thermal, encapsulation and adhesives, microwave absorbing or corrosion control. Jim is strengthening core customer relationships within the business, specifically in the export market, working with new and exciting technologies and understanding the challenges faced by customers from all around the world.
Roger Dent - Operations Director
Roger joined HITEK in 2001 after gaining over 14 years of materials management and process control experience with market leaders such as Ericsson. Roger believes that Continuous Improvement and Risk Management are key drivers for growth and success, working closely with partners such as SC21, ADS, NQA, ISO and The Excellence Partnership will ensure HITEK is able to sustain its Quality, Delivery and Cost objectives in line with our customer's expectations.
Mo Khan - Business Development Manager - South of the UK
Mo joined HITEK in 2009, he has 18 years plus of Technical Sales experience; working with customers at all levels, offering technical help and solutions to their challenges on protecting their electronics.

Cameron Finch - Business Development Manager - North and Irish Isles
Cameron joined HITEK in 2007 after 7 years in the British Army, Royal Corps of Signals as an Area Systems Radio Operator and has gained 10 years knowledge and experience within the EMC industry. Cameron works directly with HITEK customers, offering the right solution quickly and efficiently.

Bob Welch - VP Global Sales
Bob has over 30 years of experience selling EMI shielding and microwave absorber products throughout the world. He is a strong advocate for providing superior technical and sales support to customers and has invented several innovative products still widely in use today. Bob joined HITEK in March 2015 and leads the company’s expansion into international markets.
Gemma Terry - Marketing Manager
Gemma joined HITEK in 2006 and is in charge of the Marketing at HITEK. This developing role has proved very diverse and Gemma is enjoying all the new challenges. She works on the company's website, exhibitions, advertising, social media, workplace health and the annual culture audit.
Connor Haggarty - Sales and Marketing Assistant
Connor started with HITEK at the beginning of 2015, with previous experience in Sales and as a Personal Assistant. Connor feels he can truly be an asset to HITEK and aspires to bring new ideas, ambition and an inquisitive outlook to the team.
Louisa Coombs - Digital Marketing Assistant
Louisa joined the company in 2017 with previous experience in Marketing and a BA (Hons) Advertising and Marketing Degree. This role is a new addition to the Sales and Marketing Team, with particular focus on Email Marketing, Social Media Management and all things Digital within HITEK.
Chris joined HITEK in August 2015, gaining essential experience with the products within production prior to beginning the role in Costings. He has built up his product knowledge and technical awareness. Alongside his role, Chris has completed a HNC in Mechanical Engineering, learning about AutoCAD, solid works, strength of materials and business management.
Kyle joined HITEK in January 2016, he is always looking for opportunities to develop his technical knowledge to support customer’s applications and enjoys the challenge of learning. He looks forward to developing his career within the company by undertaking additional training after successfully completing a course in Computer Aided Design.
Daniel joined HITEK in June 2015, originally part of production. In October 2016, Daniel moved over to Costings, bringing his product knowledge from his time in production. He has qualifications in Engineering, Maths and Electronics and hopes that these will enable him to assist HITEK customers. He has undertaken extra training, completing a Computer Aided Design course.
David McAllister - Technical Manager
Joined HITEK in 2010 after serving 23 years in the RAF as a Communications Systems Analyst, working on and analysing various communication and radar systems. He then spent 10 years in the IT industry as an Engineering Team Leader. He assists customers and colleagues with technical information and provides practical solutions. David is also our Health and Safety Co-Ordinator.
Sarah Finch - Supply Chain Team Leader
Sarah joined HITEK in Spring 2008 in Inside Sales, progressing to Supply Chain Co-Ordinator and now works as Supply Chain Team Leader, organising and leading our excellent Inside Sales Team. She hopes to add to the brilliant levels of service the company offers by ensuring KPIs are met, building on relationships with customers and suppliers and implementing CI plans.
Janet Thompson - Supply Chain - Distribution
Janet joined HITEK in July 2015. During her time in both the business world and as a teacher, she has gained valuable experience in planning and customer service skills. She is well versed in client confidentiality and working to targets and deadlines in both the manufacturing and financial sector.
June Wright - Supply Chain - Order Processing
June has been at HITEK since 1999; she plays a central role within the Sales office. On a day to day basis she is responsible for dealing with customer enquiries and all aspects of the ordering process.
Ellie Lockwood - Supply Chain - Purchasing Assistant
Ellie joined HITEK in September 2016, with previous experience in customer support and business administration roles, Ellie’s position includes supporting Supply Chain and Inside Sales; by communicating with suppliers, couriers and customers, ensuring completion of necessary documentation and providing assistance and information to customers.
Louise Clee - Supply Chain - Order Processing
Louise joined HITEK in October 2018 with previous administration experience within the hospitality industry. She would like to improve her skills and broaden her knowledge. Louise looks forward to developing her career within the company by undertaking additional training at the local college.
Mark Hatfield - Operations Manager
Mark joined HITEK in 2005 with a BTEC in Mechanical engineering, since then Mark has gained his HND in Mechanical Engineering with the help of HITEK. Since joining HITEK, Mark has moved up from Production to an Operations role. In his new Operations role Mark will be looking to improve the efficiency in HITEK and introduce new methods and services to Production.
Ryan Watts - Production Team Leader
Ryan joined HITEK in 2011 as a Production Operative, he has completed his Level 3 in Leadership and Management and has progressed within the company and he now leads the Production Team. Ryan continues to develop in his role, recently undertaking a Computer Aided Design Course. Looking ahead Ryan would like to continue learning and investing in his role.

Richard Ford - Financial Controller
Richard joined HITEK in 2006. He has over 10 years of experience in company finance and is responsible for coordinating financial forecasts, increasing efficiency and managing the company accounts.
Rachael Sakal - Finance Officer
Rachael joined HITEK in Summer 2016, originally part of the Inside Sales team. Rachael became part of the Finance Department in January 2017. She brings with her a wealth of experience in Retail, Customer Service and Office Administration. She is currently working towards completing her AAT qualification to enhance and develop her role within the Finance Department.
Salma Sanad-Own - Finance Administrator
Salma has now completed her apprenticeship with HITEK, previously she had been studying Economics, History and Law but Salma wanted more insight into the working world. Salma's duties consist of processing purchase orders and assisting customers with their enquiries. Salma is eager to gain more experience, further herself and has a keen interest in finance.
Shirley Large - HRShirley joined HITEK in 2008 with over 25 years of HR and Training Experience. She provides the company with current Human Resources legislation in line with the continuous improvement programme within HITEK supporting the Management Team to ensure all staff have access to the training and development they require to grow in their roles whilst supporting employees' health and wellbeing. Shirley also gets involved with HITEK's charity fundraising work throughout the year.
