Through the local council’s health and wellbeing program, HITEK gains access to workplace health updates from public health authorities, campaign resources, chances to engage in on-site health promotion initiatives, and the opportunity to participate in activity challenges within North Lincolnshire.
HITEK has dedicated Health Champions who proactively interact with the staff, fostering a positive health and well-being atmosphere throughout the organisation. Multiple departments have their own trained Health Champions, ensuring that every staff member has a point of contact to discuss their worries and concerns.
