Stycast 2651MM

Stycast 2651MM is a filled, low-viscosity epoxy encapsulant designed for general-purpose electronic protection. The “MM” designation signifies its suitability for Meter Mix equipment.
Formulated with a specialised soft filler that significantly reduces abrasive wear on dispensing machinery. This unique filler also enhances the machinability of the cured product, making it the ideal choice for components that require post-moulding adjustments or precision drilling.

This two-component system, typically used with Catalyst 9, offers an excellent balance of handling and performance. It features a low mixed viscosity (14,000 mPa·s) and a 45-minute work life, ensuring ease of flow around intricate electronic geometries. Once cured, it provides high physical strength and a robust thermal profile, maintaining its properties across an operating temperature range of -40°C to +130°C.
