Loctite D 125 F-DR

Loctite D 125 F DR is a specialized, one-component, epoxy adhesive specifically engineered for the high-speed placement of surface mount components. As the dark red version of the D125F series, it provides high visual contrast for automated optical inspection (AOI) systems, ensuring every dot is correctly placed.

Designed for both pneumatic and positive displacement dispensing, this adhesive is formulated to eliminate common production headaches such as stringing (tailing) and sagging. Its primary role is to “staking” components like chip capacitors, resistors, SOTs, and SOICs, holding them firmly in place during aggressive board handling and through the turbulence of wave soldering.
