Cho-Seal 1401

CHO-SEAL 1401 is a molded or extruded EMI shielding gasket material. The elastomer binder is silicone and the conductive filler is Ag/C. The material has a volume resistivity of 0.010 Ω·cm and a hardness of 45 ±5 Shore A. Its maximum continuous use temperature is 160/200 °C. The shielding effectiveness is 60 dB at 200 kHz (H Field), 100 dB at 100 MHz (E Field), and 90 dB at 500 MHz (E Field). It is RoHS compliant and has a UL 94 flammability rating of Not Tested. The material has a low temperature flex TR10 of -55 °C and a compression set of 45%.
