Stycast 2850FT Blue is a premium, thermally conductive epoxy resin engineered for the most demanding encapsulation and potting tasks. This blue-coloured thermoset is the industry standard for high-voltage components like power supplies, transformers, and insulators where the dual requirements of superior electrical insulation and efficient heat dissipation are critical.

Stycast 2850FT Blue’s formulation provides a “best-of-both-worlds” scenario: a high thermal conductivity of 1.38 W/m-K to prevent hotspot formation, paired with a very low Coefficient of Thermal Expansion (32 ppm/°C) to ensure mechanical stability during extreme temperature fluctuations.
