Permabond UV640

Permabond UV640 is a single part, fast setting UV-curable adhesive, designed specifically for bonding plastics. Offering a colourless, clear appearance and a cure on demand mechanism, UV640 is an ideal solution for bonding a variety of plastics including polycarbonate.

With a very high shear strength and high elongation, Permabond UV640 can be used to bond substrates with different coefficients of thermal expansion giving them excellent impact resistance. This UV-curable comes as a 100% solids formula with no solvents reducing the environmental impact and ensuring a high-quality finish.

UV640 is ideal for high-speed assembly as application can be done with low-power lamps to achieve fixture strength in as little as 4 to 10 seconds.
