Static Mixer Nozzles are precision-engineered attachments designed to ensure the perfect chemical reaction between two-part adhesives.

By forcing the base and activator through a series of internal baffles, the nozzle achieves a homogeneous mix without the introduction of excess air bubbles, which can weaken structural bonds. This 90mm variant is specifically optimized for structural acrylics and epoxies, providing a controlled flow that minimizes “tailing” and prevents material waste. The simple twist-lock or nut-attachment design allows for immediate use on standard 24ml and 50ml cartridges, making it an essential consumable for industrial assembly and repair.
