Cho-Therm T444

Description

CHO‑THERM® T444 is a beige, non-silicone thermally conductive thermal insulator pad designed for applications requiring both electrical isolation and thermal transfer. Reinforced with a filled polyimide carrier, it offers excellent mechanical strength, high dielectric performance (5,000 Vac breakdown voltage) and good thermal conductivity (0.4 W/m·K). Its robust tensile and tear strength (3,000 psi and 150 lb/in respectively) ensure durability during installation, while its UL 94 V-0 flammability rating and RoHS compliance support use in safety-critical environments. Operating across a wide temperature range (–40 °C to +200 °C), CHO‑THERM® T444 is ideal for use in power electronics, automotive systems, motor controllers and consumer devices.
