Cho-Therm 1678

CHO-THERM 1678 is a pink, fiberglass-reinforced thermal insulator pad designed to dissipate heat from electronic devices. With a thermal impedance of 0.20 (∘C-in²/W) at 300 psi and a thermal conductivity of 2.0 W/m-K, this product provides excellent thermal performance across an operating temperature range of -76 to 392 ∘F (-60 to 200 ∘C). The material has a tensile strength of 3,000 psi (20.7 MPa) and a hardness of 80 Shore A. It is also RoHS compliant and has a UL 94 V-0 flammability rating.
