CHO-SEAL 6307 is a moulded EMI shielding gasket material. It is an EPDM elastomer binder filled with Ni/C conductive particles. The material has a volume resistivity of 5.000 Ω·cm and a hardness of 75 ±7 Shore A. It has a maximum continuous use temperature of 100 °C. The shielding effectiveness is 95 dB at 100 kHz (H Field), 90 dB at 200 kHz (E Field), and 85 dB at 10 GHz (Plane Wave). It is RoHS compliant and has a UL 94 flammability rating of Not Tested. The material is not applicable for heat aging, resistance after vibration, or post-tensile set volume resistivity tests.
