Shieldexยฎ 33/10 is a highly conductive multifilament yarn offering an electrical resistance of โค4 kฮฉ/m.
This Z-twist yarn combines a 99.9% pure silver thread to give an antimicrobial and antistatic element, providing excellent performance in shielding garments and large-scale textile applications where silver acts as a biocidal agent.
Typical usage of this yarn is within the textiles industry where electromagnetic shielding, anti-odor properties, or antistatic functions are present in order to achieve OEKO-TEXยฎ STANDARD 100, REACH, and RoHS compliance
