CHO-THERM 1680 is a  thermally conductive insulator pad, designed to effectively transfer heat from the substrate it is mounted to. With a layer of PSA (pressure Sensitive Adhesive) on at least one of its sides, this material is easily attached to the heat emitting device. This boron-nitride-filled silicone pad offers an operating temperature of -60 to 200℃.
