Permabond MS359A Grey is a single-part, moisture-curing MS polymer adhesive, specifically designed for potting, sealing, and bonding large-scale components. Offering a grey, self-levelling finish and a formula free from solvents, silicones, and isocyanates, MS359A is an ideal solution for bonding large metal panels, air conditioning ducts, and transport containers.
With good elongation and a non-corrosive nature, Permabond MS359A Grey provides a versatile, weather-resistant bond across a wide variety of substrates including steel, zinc, and various plastics. This MS polymer requires no mixing or primers, simplifying application while remaining paintable after cure to meet specific aesthetic requirements in industrial and professional environments.
MS359A Grey is ideal for electronic potting and high-volume assembly as it features a rapid skin-over time of 10 to 20 minutes and a steady cure rate of approximately 3 to 4mm per 24 hours.
