Advanced Die-Cutting and Splicing Services
One of the cornerstones of our in-house capability is the production of high-performance, spliced O-rings and gaskets. This service is particularly advantageous for engineers looking to balance performance with cost-efficiency. This approach also allows for significantly lower Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) and drastically reduced lead times compared to traditional moulded solutions.
Critically, the MIL-SPEC properties of the base materials are fully retained in the finished spliced gasket. This ensures that the environmental sealing and electrical conductivity remain consistent across the entire diameter of the ring, maintaining the integrity of your shielding performance.
To achieve these industry-leading results, we exclusively use high-performance conductive elastomers from the Parker Chomerics Cho-Seal® range. These materials are renowned for their reliability in aerospace, defence, and telecommunications applications.

Because the process is software-driven, we can achieve excellent repeatability across large batches, ensuring that the first gasket is identical to the thousandth. Using a sophisticated multi-headed cutter, we can work with a diverse range of materials from thin foils to thick conductive foams delivering a cost-effective solution that bypasses the need for physical dies. This is an ideal solution for complex geometries based directly on your CAD or technical drawings.
