11-02-05 E3503-1 allows operation of High Power LEDs.
One of the latest low temperature curing, one component thermally conductive epoxies from Emerson & Cuming is used to sink heat from the latest range of high power LED devices. Curing at temperatures between 100ºC and 150ºC ( 30-5mins), the 1W/m.K die attach adhesive is ideal for temperature sensitive substrates. Its long work life of 2 weeks at room temperature and the non-abrasive thermal filler makes it economic and easy to use in both high and medium volume applications.

21-01-05 New Cho-Bond 584-29 Syringe-Pak*
HITEK can now supply the popular Cho-Bond 584-29 conductive adhesive in a 3 gramme syringe kit as well as the normal bi-paks and jars. This new packaging has the benefits of being easier to use and reduces waste.
