There are a number of absorber materials available from HITEK that suitable for spraying or moulding, below are two of the most commonly used. The CRS material is a castable product and the Eccosorb 300 is a loaded coating product.

Eccosorb CRS PDF - Castable iron loaded silicone elastomer.
Typically Eccosorb 300 is used to reduce radar cross-section and attenuate surface currents on compound surfaces where flat sheet absorbers are not suitable. The Eccosorb CRS product can be used for moulding wedges cones and pyramids for terminations and loads.
