John Terry Managing Director of HITEK Electronic Materials Ltd and Director of HITEK-nology Solutions Ltd, has spent over 45 years involved in some way in Defence electronics, serving with a Combat Engineer Squadron RE and an Armoured Workshop in Germany, an Airportable Workshop and a Central Workshop in the UK, then spending six years with a major Defence Contractor before going into a variety of Sales and Marketing roles. In 1988 he joined Chomerics UK Ltd working in a variety of Sales and Marketing roles, from Norway in the North, Portugal in the West, South Africa in the South to Korea in the East. Joined HITEK in 1999 since then with the wonderful, experienced team of people he has the privilege to work with, has built HITEK into the market leading fabrication and distribution company it is today.

 

 

 

Jim LawtonJim Lawton Operations Director brings over 14 years of Engineering experience to HITEK with his appointment as Operations Manager. With extensive knowledge in Mechanical, Quality and Technical fields, Jim is looking forward to developing HITEK’s Manufacturing and Distribution capabilities. Jim will be instrumental in developing the ChoForm dispensed gasket technology and expanding the manufacturing capabilities of the company.  

 

 

 

Roger

Roger Dent Operations Manager. Joined HITEK after gaining over 14 years of materials management and process control experience with market leaders such as Ericsson. Roger is looking forward to continuing to develop smooth and efficient systems whilst always having a focus on quality to allow HITEK to be able to react quickly to customer’s requirements in today’s ever changing market place. 

 

 

 

 

David McAllister Technical Manager. Joined HITEK in 2010 after serving 23 years in the RAF as a communications Systems Analyst, working on and analyzing various communication and radar systems. He then spent 10 years in the IT industry as an engineering team leader. He is looking forward to working at HITEK in the new role of Technical Manager.  

 

 

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              Cameron FinchCameron Finch Costing Manager, Joined HITEK in 2007 after serving 7 years in The Royal Corp of Signals as a Radio Operator. His main role within HITEK is to provide customers with Quotations, Technical Information and Product samples. He enjoys the challenge of negotiating with suppliers to achieve the best possible price and quickest lead times for our customers.

George DickeyGeorge Dickey A time served Radio/TV Engineer with over 8 years experience in the mass production of electronic circuits (Thick Film)

George has been involved with the sale of Electronic components for the past 19 years. His experience includes EMI/RFI shielding materials, Thermal management products, DAC converters and, more recently, Primary Circuit Components (shielded/unshielded cables).

He recently joined the company as Regional Sales Manager for North East England, Scotland and Ireland. As well as being responsible for the sales of the company’s products within his area he will concentrate on the Corrosion Inhibitor product range available from CORTEC Inc. recently added to HITEK Electronic Material’s portfolio. June Wright Customer Service Supervisor. June has been at Hitek since 1999; June became the Customer Services Supervisor in April 2000 she plays a central role within in the Sales office. On a day to day basis she is responsible for dealing with customer enquiries and all aspects of the ordering process.

Sarah TurnerSarah Turner Customer Services Representative joined HITEK in spring 2008 with a number of years experience in the customer service sector. She is enjoying dealing with all kinds of enquires and learning more about the exciting and ever changing industry HITEK supplies. She hopes to add to the already excellent levels of service the company offers and provide a seamless experience to all our customers throughout the supply chain process.

 

 

 

 

Gemma TerryGemma Hickson Marketing Executive. Gemma joined HITEK in 2006 and initially started work as an Administration Assistant; she then moved up to work as a Customer Service Administrator and is now a Marketing Executive at HITEK. She is really enjoying all the new challenges of the new role especially the organising of and attending exhibitions.

 

 

  

 

Richard FordRichard Ford Financial Controller. Richard joined the Hitek team in early 2006 and has been working predominately in credit control. Richard is looking to advance Hitek’s accounting systems using admin tools to provide increasingly efficient account processing and development.
