Commercial Form in Place
HITEK ELECTRONIC MATERIALS dispenses Chomerics Cho-Form® and other non-conductive form in place gasketing materials at its factory in Scunthorpe. Dispensed gasketing has several advantages over other forms of gasketing. These are:
- Upto 60% saving on space, flanges as small as 0.8mm can be gasketed.
- Shear adhesion to substrates is typically 12N/cm or better.
- Highly compressible with limited deflection force.
- Gaskets can be prototyped and shipped within days.

HITEK dispenses the above gasket materials from the Chomerics range of form in place materials. They are one-part moisture cure materials. Other materials are available however please be aware that minimum order quantities will apply.
Parts as big as 600mm x 600mm can be handled on the dispensing equipment and heights of upto 100 mm can be accommodated.
